Methods of delivery

Deliveries shall be made to the delivery address specified on the order form.

Deliveries of parcels not exceeding 30 kilos in weight within France or within the European Union, as well as Switzerland, Monaco or Andorra shall be carried out by the French postal service. Orders are shipped by registered mail. When the parcel is sent, a confirmation mail is sent to you, which allows you to track your shipment by clicking on the link in the mail you receive.

Upon delivery, in the case of absence, a notification of attempted delivery will be made and you will have a deadline of two weeks within which to claim the item. If this is not done within the deadline, the parcel shall be returned to us. In this case, ANJU BEAUTÉ reserves the right to require additional payment of postal charges for re-sending the items to you.

The inherent risks associated with the transport shall be borne by the buyer with effect from the time that the products have left the ANJU BEAUTÉ premises. In the event of any damage sustained in transit, a complaint should be made to the French postal service or the carrier within three days of delivery.

The delivery deadlines, which are generally in the order of from 48 to 72 hours, are only specified as guidance. These are the standard periods as stated by our partner, the French postal service. If the delivery period exceeds two weeks with effect from the order, the maximum deadline we guarantee, the sales contract may be cancelled and the buyer refunded.
