Registered trademarks
The « ANJU BEAUTÉ » and « HOUSE OF ANJU » brands are registered, among other places, in France and within the European Union (27 countries).
Our brands are registered in France under the provisions of article 712-2 of the code of industrial property (articles L. 713-2 and L . 713-3), at the national patent office (INPI). The relevant registration numbers for France are Nos. 00 3 063 796, and 05 3 375 075.
Our brand has also been registered on an EU-wide basis under the provisions of the industrial property code (articles 27 of the ruling and rules 5 and 9 of the implementation ruling). Governed by the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHMI), with registration number of 00 21 58 715.
And therefore; under the provisions of articles L.713-2 and L.713-3 of the Code of Industrial Property:
The following are prohibited, except with our prior consent, if there is any risk of confusion on the part of the public: the reproduction, use or insertion of our brands, as well as the use of our registered trademarks, for products or services similar to those described in the registration.
With this in mind, if our brands are reproduced or imitated for products or services that are identical or similar to those stated in our registered details, this is legally considered counterfeit fraud, which constitutes an offence.
Any individual or corporate entity contravening this rule may be pursued by way of civil, penal and financial sanctions relating to the aforementioned offence.
