Terms and conditions of sales

The present terms of sale are agreed on the one hand by ANJU BEAUTÉ, LLC with registered capital of 48 0000 €, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register, under No. B 395 049 160, with registered office of 81 rue des Vignoles 75020 Paris - France (French internal VAT FR52395033160 - APE trade sector code 2042 Z), hereinafter known as the Seller, and on the other hand, by all individuals or corporate entities wishing to make a purchase via the "ANJU BEAUTÉ" Internet site, hereinafter known as "the Buyer".

As a manufacturer, which also sells its products via the Internet, the internet site of ANJU BEAUTÉ: www.anju-beaute.com is the only official site of the brand which offers you the entire range of purchase guarantees, information and advice that you may require. We accept no liability whatsoever for purchases of our products which may be made on sites other than that mentioned.

Objective

The present terms of sale apply to the contractual relationship between ANJU BEAUTÉ and the purchaser and the applicable conditions to all purchases made via the ANJU BEAUTÉ merchant site, whether the purchaser is a professional or a specific consumer.

The acquisition of a product via the present site implies the unconditional acceptance by the purchaser of the present terms of sale.

These terms of sale shall prevail over all other general or specific terms that have not been expressly agreed by ANJU BEAUTÉ.

ANJU BEAUTÉ reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable terms shall be those applicable on the date the order is made by the purchaser.

Features of the proposed products

The products offered are those which are featured in the catalog published on the ANJU BEAUTÉ site.

These products are offered subject to the limits of the available stock. In the case of stock of a product temporarily running out, we will mark it as unavailable on the site, and it will therefore become impossible to order it until it becomes available again.

Each product includes a complete description on the site. The visitor or purchaser may download the catalog, the currently applicable price list on the date of the enquiry, as well as details of the postal charges, issued by ANJU BEAUTÉ.

Price list

The prices included in the catalog are shown including taxes in euros, taking account of the VAT applicable on the date the order is made: any change in this rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services.

ANJU BEAUTÉ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, subject, however, to the clear understanding that the price included in the catalog on the date the order is made shall be the only one applicable to the purchaser.

ANJU BEAUTÉ reserves the right to offer or withdraw one or multiple promotion/s on the price of its products. These prices shall only apply at the moment that the order is approved.

The prices indicated for the products do not include the postal charges, which may vary depending on the destination country or the products which will be shipped.

Order

Any purchaser wishing to purchase a product shall be clearly required to do the following:

Confirmation of the order involves acceptance of the present terms of sale, an acknowledgement of full awareness of the same and relinquishing any prevailing right of his/her own terms of purchasing or any other terms.

The entirety of the data supplied and the confirmation recorded shall represent proof of the transaction. The confirmation shall be equivalent to signing and accepting the operations carried out.

The seller shall forward confirmation of the order made by electronic mail.

For all order of which the total weight exceeds 30 kilos, please consult us beforehand, since in this case, a specialist carrier is the only way to transport such order.

Means of payment

Whether a bankers card, cheque or bank transfer is used, the price shall be chargeable for the order.

After your shopping cart has been validated, and your contact details and the delivery address for the order have been specified (only for metropolitan France and Corsica, as well as EU countries), you have the choice of payment by bankers card, cheque or bank transfer.

1) Payment by bankers card: this method is realized by using a system secured via our bank, CIC, which uses the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) in such a way as to ensure the information transmitted is encrypted by a software package and that no third party can gain any access to the same while it is in transit over the network.

Our site does not therefore make use of banker's card numbers. Instead, an authorization number is issued by our banking partner, which confirms the payment for us, whereupon we forward the products ordered to you at the earliest opportunity.

Likewise, our banking partner CIC is also unaware of the full details of your purchases because we only send them the total amount and the order number. Your complete privacy is therefore guaranteed.

2) Payment by cheque: to ensure your order is processed as swiftly as possible, you must print out the e-mail summary you receive and send it by post, attaching your cheque to the same. All the cheques must be made out in euros and addressed to: ANJU BEAUTÉ - 81 rue des Vignoles - 75020 Paris - France.

3) Payment by bank transfer: you will receive our RIB (bank identity statement) / IBAN (international bank account number) in the e-mail summarizing your order. To accelerate the shipment of your order, you should send us an e-mail to contact@anju-beaute.com alerting us to the details of your bank transfer.

An invoice indicating the price/s of the product/s, the amount of postal charges and details of the VAT chargeable are also attached to the order shipment.

Guarantee

All products supplied by ANJU BEAUTÉ benefit from the legal guarantee specified under articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

In the event of any non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller, who shall accept it, replace it or refund it.

All claims, requests for exchange or refunds must be made by post to the following address: ANJU BEAUTÉ - 81 rue des Vignoles - 75020 Paris, or by telephone to +33.1.55.25.20.45 within two weeks of the delivery.

Revocation ("Chatel statute")

The purchasers, non-professional individuals, shall benefit from a ‘cool-off' deadline of seven days with effect from the delivery of their order within which to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, minus the charges of postage and return. This deadline shall commence with effect from the date of delivery of the order to the consumer.

If this deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or day off, it shall be extended to the next working day. All returns should be notified beforehand to the Customer Service department of the ANJU BEAUTÉ company, preferably by telephone to +33.1.55.25.20.45, or by post to 81 rue des Vignoles - 75020 Paris, within the stated deadline.
When exercising the right to revocation, the product should be returned as a registered parcel, in its original packaging, complete and in perfect state, to our secondary organization ANJU BEAUTÉ - 16 rue Pierre and Marie Curie - 35500 Vitré.

ANJU BEAUTÉ will subsequently refund the consumer within two weeks by re-crediting his/her bank account (via secured transaction) in the case of payment by bankers card, or otherwise by check.

Regulations governing legal action

The present terms of sale online shall be subject to French law. In the event of any dispute, the Paris court shall be the sole competent court.
